1. Introduction

Welcome to Hamro Yaad. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our service for creating and sharing digital memory pages. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Hamro Yaad provides a platform for creating personalized digital memory pages that can be shared via unique URLs. Our service allows you to upload images, add messages, customize designs, and share your memories with others.

3. Website URL Validity and Renewal

Important: Your memory page URL will be active and accessible for one (1) year from the date of purchase/activation.

  • The URL will remain active for exactly 365 days from the activation date.
  • After the one-year period expires, the URL will become inactive and inaccessible.
  • To continue using the same URL, you must renew your subscription by paying the renewal charges.
  • Renewal charges will be applicable for each additional year of service.
  • We will notify you via email before your URL expires, providing you with the option to renew.
  • If you choose not to renew, your memory page and all associated data will be archived and may be permanently deleted after a grace period.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for the initial service and any renewals must be made through the payment methods we accept (including but not limited to bank transfer, eSewa, and other digital payment platforms).

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Renewal charges are due before the expiration date to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Failure to pay renewal charges will result in the URL becoming inactive.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with prior notice.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and account information.
  • You must ensure that all content you upload complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • You agree not to use the service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
  • You are responsible for backing up any important data, as we are not liable for data loss.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our platform. However, by using our service, you grant us a license to store, display, and serve your content through our platform for the duration of your active subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hamro Yaad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
